ICF International names new senior fellow

ICF International has named Robert Tortora senior fellow in the health, education and social programs area.

ICF International has named Robert Tortora senior fellow in the health, education and social programs area.

As senior fellow, Tortora will bring to the table more than 40 years of experience in statistics and methods in both federal and commercial sectors, ICF International said in a release.

He was most recently chief methodologist of the Gallup World Poll. Before that, he held the position of associate director for Statistical Design, Methodology and Standards at the U.S. Bureau of the Census.

Tortora holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Youngstown State University, a master’s degree in mathematical statistics from The Catholic University and a Ph.D. in probability and statistics from Bowling Green State University.
