Leidos taps new EVP for BD, strategy

Leidos has named Michael Leiter executive vice president for business development and strategy.

Leidos has named Michael Leiter executive vice president for business development and strategy.

In his new role, Leiter will be responsible for business development, strategy development and execution, communications, government affairs, and mergers and acquisition activities.

Leiter joins Leidos from Panatir Technologies, where he served as counselor to the CEO, where he developed and optimized market strategy, business practices and internal operations.

Before Panatir, Leiter served as the director of the National Counterterrorism Center.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia and a juris doctor from Harvard.
