Concourse Group to support Navy public-private ventures under $29M contract

The Concourse Group has won a $29 million contract to provide professional services to the Navy in support of its Public Private Venture (PPV) Program.

The Concourse Group has won a $29 million contract to provide professional services to the Navy in support of its Public Private Venture (PPV) Program.

The Navy’s PPV program seeks opportunities related to energy, utilities and lodging, according to the Defense Department.

Under the contract, the Concourse Group will provide development, financial proposal analysis, budget and audit reviews, reviews of financial statements and project cash flow distribution.

These services will support special venture acquisitions to include family and unaccompanied housing public private ventures, enhanced use leasing, and other public-private venture opportunities, the Defense Department said in a release.

Work will be performed in Annapolis, Md., and Washington, D.C., and is slated to wrap up by August 2017.
