MTSI awarded $25.5M IDIQ for modeling, simulation

Modern Technology Solutions has won a five-year, $25.5 million task order contract to provide modeling and simulation services to the Missile Defense Agency.

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. of Alexandria, Va., received a five-year, $25.5 million indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to support the Missile Defense Agency in concept and technology development and performance assessment of solutions from industry and government.

MTSI will demonstrate that high-fidelity closed-loop simulations can be used to support concept and technology development. It will also provide the analytical foundation through algorithms, core models, and data sets to enable performance assessments of solutions from a diverse set of industry and government partners.

The agency awarded the contract to MTSI Aug. 25.
