Three small businesses win contracts to support C4ISR system interoperability

Three small businesses have won contracts to provide engineering support services to the Navy.

The winners are:

• IntelliSolutions Inc.  – $23.2 million (base: $13.7 million)
• Tactical Engineering & Analysis Inc. – $22.6 million (base: $13.4 million)
• Data Intelligence LLC – $22 million (base: $13 million)

Under the contracts, these three small businesses will provide the Navy with engineering support services for standards engineering and analysis, test support, configuration management, architecture engineering and analysis services, fleet support engineering services, and Network Design Facility operation.

According to the Defense Department, the purpose of this work is to ensure interfacing Navy, joint service, and allied nations air, surface, subsurface and land C4ISR systems are interoperable.

Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and Philadelphia, Pa., and is expected to be completed by Aug. 20, 2017, or by August 2019 with options.

Five companies bid on this contract.
