ICF International taps new SVP, general manager of cybersecurity business

ICF International has named Samuel Visner senior vice president and general manager of the company’s cybersecurity business, where he will expand ICF’s expertise in national security and cybersecurity.

Visner joins ICF from CSC Global Cybersecurity, where he served as vice president and general manager. He has also held senior positions at SAIC. Before joining the industry, he worked at the National Security Agency.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in international politics from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in telecommunications from George Washington University.
