NIITEK wins $26.1M contract to support explosive hazard detection

NIITEK has won a $26.1 million contract to help the Army detect underbelly-attack explosive hazards during route clearance missions.

NIITEK has won a $26.1 million contract to help the Army detect underbelly-attack explosive hazards during route clearance missions.

Under the contract, NIITEK will support the Husky Mounted Detection System which will provide the Army with ground penetrating radar, deep buried detection and marking capabilities.

Work will be performed in Dulles, Va., and is expected to be completed by June 22, 2017.
