ICF International changes name of ICF SH&E
ICF International has fully integrated its 2007 acquisition of Simat, Helliesen & Eichner Inc., and is dropping the name ICF SH&E, opting to simply use the name ICF International.
ICF International has fully integrated its 2007 acquisition of Simat, Helliesen & Eichner Inc., and is dropping the name ICF SH&E, opting to simply use the name ICF International.
When the acquisition happened, Simat, Hellieson & Eichner’s aerospace and aviation consultancies complemented ICF’s professional services portfolio and global footprint, the company said in a release.
Now, as ICF International, the group will focus on digital and interactive technology, emergency preparedness, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, environmental support services, human capital consulting, information management systems, program management support and strategic communications and marketing.
“Changing the name of ICF SH&E to ICF International helps build ICF brand recognition in the aviation and aerospace industry worldwide," said Sergio Ostria, executive vice president, ICF International.
The company just changed the name of its London, U.K.-based ICF GHK at the end of May.
