Maximus taps new CFO, treasurer

Maximus has named Richard Nadeau chief financial officer and treasurer.

Maximus has named Richard Nadeau chief financial officer and treasurer, where he will be responsible for all of the company’s financial operations including corporate accounting and financial planning and analysis.

He will also oversee the corporate controllership, treasury and tax functions, and will provide leadership assistance for Maximus’ mergers and acquisitions dealings, the company said in a release.

Nadeau comes to Maximus from SRA International.  Before that, he was a partner at KPMG. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Virginia.

The company’s retiring CFO, David Walker, just won an award at the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards.
