ICF International has completed its acquisition of Mostra SA, boosting ICF’s strategy of providing implementation services that leverage its advisory services and enhances its policy work.

ICF International has completed its acquisition of Mostra SA, boosting ICF’s strategy of providing implementation services that leverage its advisory services and enhances its policy work.

Founded in 1986, Mostra S.A. is a Brussels-based, communications firm with annual revenues of around $40 million. The company has 140 employees offering end-to-end, multi-channel communications solutions to assist government and commercial clients in reaching out to their stakeholders and customers, ICF said in a release.

The acquisition augments ICF’s growth strategy in Europe, adds breadth and depth to ICF’s European-based services, adds advisory capabilities in selected domains to Mostra’s services, adds technology capabilities to Mostra’s strategic communications offerings and creates opportunities for expansion outside of European institutions, ICF said.

Squire Sanders acted as ICF’s legal counsel on the transaction.

PricewaterhouseCoopers conducted financial and tax due diligence for ICF.

Mostra’s shareholders were advised by goetzpartners Corporate Finance.
