Benchmark Executive Search taps new managing partner

Benchmark Executive Search has named Phoebe Henderson managing partner, where she will lead the search firm’s day-to-day activities, working closely with managing partner and co-founder Jeremy King.

Benchmark Executive Search has named Phoebe Henderson managing partner, where she will lead the search firm’s day-to-day activities, working closely with managing partner and co-founder Jeremy King.

Henderson joined the company in 2012. Originally, she was responsible for end-to-end search execution, client development and expanding the executive search firm’s federal IT practice while establishing new practice areas.

In her new role, Henderson will oversee growing and development partnerships, expanding and managing the team and forging new business relationships with organizations within targeted industries, the company said in a release.

She has previously worked at Iridium LLC, Statos and COMSAT.

Henderson holds a bachelor’s degree in justice and policy studies from Guilford College.
