Octo Consulting Group has won two contracts totaling $29 million to provide management consulting and systems architecture and engineering services to the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Office of the Chief Information Officer.

Under the first contract, valued at $24.9 million, Octo will support USAID engineering and architecture initiatives such as intranet modernization, internet modernization, IPv6, enterprise disaster recovery, and wireless capabilities, the company said in a release.

Under the second contract, awarded under the 8(a) set aside program and valued at $3.9 million, Octo will provide management consulting and develop processes ensuring that USAID meets Federal Information Security Management Act requirements, the company said.
