EMCOR wins $30.8M Navy contract for support services

EMCOR Government Services has won a $30.8 million option to provide the Navy with regional base operating support services for a number of Navy organizations.

EMCOR Government Services has won a $30.8 million option to provide the Navy with regional base operating support services for a number of Navy organizations.

Under the contract, EMCOR will repair and maintain property, facilities and assets at Naval Support Activity Washington, Naval Support Activity Bethesda, Naval Support Activity South Potomac and Quantico Marine Corp Base.

Work will be performed at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, D.C., Bethesda, Md., Anacostia, Washington, D.C., Arlington, Va., Quantico, Va., and Dahlgren, Va., and is expected to be completed by December 2014.

Funding in the amount of $23.6 million is obligated at the time of the award, and will expire at the end of fiscal 2014.
