CACI wins $28M contract with U.S. Transportation Command

CACI International has won a $28 million contract to provide software and systems engineering services to the U.S. Transportation Command in support of the Defense Personal Property System.

CACI International has won a $28 million contract to provide software and systems engineering services to the U.S. Transportation Command in support of the Defense Personal Property System.

This contract was awarded under DISA’s Encore II contract vehicle, and expands CACI’s presence in the business system solutions market area, the company said in a release.

The U.S. Transportation Command provides global air, land and sea transportation for the Defense Department, using its services and information systems to deliver synchronized transportation, distribution and sustainment, which enables projection and maintenance of national power with efficiency and accuracy, CACI said.

Under the contract, CACI will provide operations, development, technology upgrades and systems engineering support for the Defense Personal Property System.
