Lockheed wins $17.1M in contracts to support military
Lockheed Martin has won two support contracts with the Navy and Defense Logistics Agency for a combined value of $17.1 million.
Lockheed Martin has won two support contracts with the Navy and Defense Logistics Agency for a combined value of $17.1 million.
Under the $8.3 million Defense Logistics Agency contract, the company will support the Integrated Data Environment Global Transportation Network Convergence, or IGC, programs enterprise data warehouse.
Under the $8.8 million Navy contract, which is a contract option, Lockheed Martin will provide the U.S. Navy with 20 An/BVY-1 Integrated Submarine Imaging Systems, or ISIS systems, and associated spares.
This contract was awarded to Lockheed Martin’s Mission Systems and Sensors group.
The ISIS system provides mission-critical, all-weather, visual and electronic search, digital image management, indication, warning and platform architecture interface capabilities.
Work will be performed in Johnstown, Pa., Manassas, Va., Northampton, Mass., and Chantilly, Va., and is expected to be completed by September 2015.
