Small business joint venture wins $675.1M Air Force contract for advisory, assistance services

SpectrumS4 LLC has won a $645.1 million contract to provide program management, financial management and contract management to the Air Force.

SpectrumS4 LLC has won a $675.1 million contract with the U.S. Air Force for advisory and assistance services.

SpectrumS4 is a joint venture formed by Spectrum Comm Inc. and S4 Inc. to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. The venture specializes in program management and engineering support solutions.

Under the contract, Spectrum S4 will provide the Air Force with services that include program management, financial management and contract management.

Work will take place at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala., Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, and Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, and is expected to be completed in September 2018.

The contract was competitively procured competely as a small-business set aside. Twenty-one bids were received.
