SAIC wins $21.1M contract to modernize surveillance system
SAIC has won a $21.1 million contract to provide engineering services toward the modernization of the digital video surveillance system.
Scientific Applications International Corp. has won a $21.1 million contract to provide the U.S. Navy with digital video surveillance system training sets, engineering services, support and spares.
Under the contract, SAIC will provide embedded software, technical data and engineering and technical services to modernize the digital video surveillance system.
Work will be performed at ship homeports inside and outside of the continental United States, and is expected to be completed by September 2018.
Funding in the amount of $2.7 million is obligated at the time of the award, and will not expire at the end of fiscal 2013.
