5 reasons why the cloud is on top

The cloud is a great move for any organization, and here are five reasons why, courtesy of The Huffington Post.

Cloud computing is booming, and the Huffington Post pointed to five reasons why in a recent Huffington Post article.

First off, cloud computing saves money and the environment because it does not require paper; it’s green and cheap, in other words. Second, it can save time when you look at all of the filing and printer maintenance that you won’t have to do. Third, it makes working a lot easier, with different departments being able to access the same piece of work in real time, thereby reducing the need for lengthy meetings.

Fourth, cloud computing is helpful in terms of staying organized; without needing to keep track of hard copies, you can easily search and find documents that you might need. And finally, the cloud is safer, and that’s because they are secure. Back in the day of keeping hard copies, you had to worry about fires, burglary, or floods, the Huffington Post reported, and that’s not so with the cloud. All around, it’s a good move.
