Billions expected in NATO opportunities
Military alliance plans $2.7 billion in command and control projects over the next 18 months.
The NATO Communications and Information Agency expects to award $2.7 billion in command and control contracts over the next 18 months, according to a report by DefenseNews.
The agency released a forecast which includes work on missile defense, surveillance and identification, satellites and counter terrorism projects.
The agency was formed July 1, and is a combination of several NATO agencies. It recently held its first industry day where the forecast was released.
It also has launched a website that can be used to track new opportunities, and a twitter account: @NCIAAcquisiton.
