Small biz wins $177M NASA award

Digital Management will provide IT support services to NASA's headquarters.
Digital Management Inc. has won a $177 million contract to provide IT support services to NASA’s headquarters.
Counting options the contract will run for five years and will be used by the office of headquarters operations, IT and communications division.
Services include planning and management, lifecycle support for applications and systems, data center operations, systems engineering and integration service, and IT security.
The contract awarded a set aside competition just for 8(a) small businesses. The contract is a cost-plus-incentive fee contract but task orders can come out with an incentive fee or a fixed fee.
Digital Management is based in Bethesda, Md.
