Serco wins Navy IDIQ contract for HR, IT support

The company will compete for $47 million worth of task orders to support the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations.

Serco Inc. has been awarded a three-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity Navy contract with a ceiling value of $47 million to compete for a variety of IT task orders.

Under the award, the company will provide manpower, personnel, training and education planning support, policy and program analysis, financial program management, and training solutions, according to a Dec. 8 company announcement.

Serco will compete for task orders to support the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations in the following areas: human resource planning and analysis; automation and IT support; program and organizational analysis; modeling, simulation and analysis; and financial and program management.

Serco has been providing the Navy with similar services since 1999.
