The new task order under ICF’s State Department Worldwide Program Management and Program Management Office Support Services BPA calls for the company to provide program management support services to the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Consular Systems and Technology Division.

The Bureau of Consular Affairs supports more than 12,000 people at more than 300 locations worldwide, including 21 domestic passport facilities and two regional visa-processing centers, ICF officials said.

As the prime contractor under the Central Service Strategy, Planning and Management task order, ICF and its partners — KPMG LLP and Clovis Inc. — will provide numerous services, including IT governance and planning, enterprise architecture, process improvement, knowledge management, portfolio management, program control and reporting, budgeting and procurement oversight, earned value management, and program management training.

The agreement, which consists of one base year and four option years, began in June.

ICF, of Fairfax, Va., is a subsidiary of ICF International Inc., which ranks No. 99 on Washington Technology’s 2009 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
