ICOR to advise USAID

ICOR Partners LLC will provide strategic advisory services to the chief information officer of the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Consulting firm ICOR Partners LLC will provide strategic advisory services to the chief information officer of the U.S. Agency for International Development under a task order worth $11 million.

ICOR's team will furnish strategic planning, information technology governance and enterprise architecture to the agency. The company also will assist with organizational change management, earned value management and program management.

The company's partners on the project are Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., of McLean, Va., and American Systems Corp., of Chantilly, Va.

The task order was awarded under the agency's 3.1 Program Management and Business Systems Transformation blanket purchase agreement.

ICOR is based in Arlington, Va.
