The Labor Department is seeking information from small businesses interested in providing data-center management services.

The scope of the work is expected to cover project management support, technical assistance center operations, software engineering, and telecommunications and network engineering, according to an Aug. 28 FedBizOpps notice.

The work might also involve technical writing and training, financial management and administrative support, and system security and compliance management.

Responses should include company information, capabilities with regard to anticipated scope of work, qualified personnel and relevant prior experience. In addition, respondents should indicate under which small-business program they qualify. Responses are due by Sept. 18.
