ITT Corp. will provide radio communications software for the Navy under a two-year contract with a potential estimated value of $117 million.

The work is part of a modification to an existing contract held by ITT's Aerospace Communications Division in Fort Wayne, Ind. About 90 percent of the contract work will be performed in Clifton, N.J., and the rest in Fort Wayne.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center in Charleston, S.C., is managing the contract work.

ITT, of White Plains, N.Y., ranks No. 14 on Washington Technology's 2008 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
