Decision/Analysis wins Coast Guard deal

Decision/Analysis Partners LLC will provide analytical support to the Coast Guard under a three-year, $5 million contract.

The Fairfax, Va., management consulting firm will assist the Coast Guard's Logistics Transformation Program Integration Office (LTPIO) by providing a number of services aimed at improving logistics operations.

The company will help the Coast Guard develop and manage logistics requirements, assess risks, handle marketing and communications, provide analysis for base realignment and draw up business case analyses.

The project team is led by Peter LaRoche, director of the company's supply chain practice. The team also includes BearingPoint Inc., a partner on the current LTPIO contract.

Decision/Analysis Partners has been providing the Coast Guard with technical expertise and management consulting services since 2005.
