The announced merger of trade groups Professional Services Council and the Contract Services Association of America has begun.PSC President Stan Soloway is now president and chief executive officer, and PSC Senior Vice President Alan Chvotkin is the executive vice president and counsel.WidePoint Corp., of Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., will acquire iSYS LLC, an advanced information technology solutions provider to the federal government. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.ISYS, of McLean, Va., provides critical IT services to a broad range of government customers.EMC Corp. will acquire document-management software developer Document Sciences Corp. for $85 million in cash.
