Centurum wins $84M Navy contract

Centurum Inc. has won a contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego to provide in-service engineering agent support for the center's multiple radio frequency and satellite communication programs and projects.

Centurum Inc. has won a contract with a potential value of $84.2 million from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego to provide in-service engineering agent support for the center's multiple radio frequency and satellite communication programs and projects.

The work, which will be performed in San Diego, includes management, engineering, technical, logistics, fabrication and installation support for integrated and non-integrated shipboard installations of super-high-frequency, extremely high-frequency and ultrahigh-frequency radio and satellite communications.

The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity SPAWAR award is for one base and four option years. It was competitively procured with proposals solicited on an unrestricted basis via the Federal Business Opportunities Web site and the Space and Naval Warfare e-Commerce Central Web site.

Centurum of McLean, Va., specializes in network engineering, systems integration, systems engineering and design, information operations and operational support.
