Okla. county taps Tyler for ERP work

Tyler Technologies Inc. will build a financial enterprise resource planning system for Tulsa County, Okla., under a recently awarded contract.

Under the $1.3 million contract, Dallas-based Tyler will provide its MUNIS financial management solution to the county and provide maintenance and related professional services.

The county also has purchased software suites for revenue and human resources functions, Tyler said.

Tulsa County, which includes the city of Tulsa, has about 580,000 residents and covers 571 square miles.

Tyler specializes in information management software and services for state and local governments.
