CACI International is planning to acquire the Wexford Group International.

CACI International Inc. is planning to acquire the Wexford Group International, a Vienna, Va.-based consulting firm.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but CACI expects to pick up about $100 million in new revenue. Wexford has about 190 employees, and its customers include the Army, Navy and Air Force as well as Defense Department agencies such as the Defense Information Systems Agency and the Deployment Health Support Directorate.
