Picture this: Chicago is Lagan's kind of town

Lagan, a Belfast, Ire.-based provider of software to the non-emergency public sector, opened a Chicago office that will employ 20 people. The company develops
customer relationship management software for human services enterprise case management and eligibility initiatives and non-emergency 3-1-1 systems.
