A request for proposal is expected in December. The contractor will offer components including account establishment, card issuance and replacement, client account support and transaction processing, among other services.The Colorado Natural Resources Department wants a contractor to upgrade its document management system. An RFP is expected in January.The contractor should offer a system that can rename and reorganize documents, maintain an audit trail, place and remove notes on images, magnify images up to 100 times and archive documents.The Philadelphia Pensions and Retirements Board wants a new pensions information system. An RFP is expected in December. The system will replace legacy systems and services, and must meet city and state legal requirements and address functional, performance and architecture requirements established by the board.The Mental Retardation Department of the Massachusetts Executive Office Health and Human Services wants a contractor to operate a "service bureau-based" computerized maintenance management service at facilities for the mentally retarded. An RFP is expected in March.In the service bureau-based approach, the contractor is responsible for preparing and delivering hard-copy work orders and management reports. Completed work orders come back to the contractor, which handles data entry and updates the maintenance database.
