NSA taps Titan for IT engineering support

Titan Corp. won a five-year, $33 million contract to provide IT support services to the National Security Agency.

Titan Corp. won a five-year, $33 million contract to provide IT support services to the National Security Agency, the company announced today.

Under the contract, Titan of San Diego will provide IT engineering and operational support for enterprise technology systems.

Titan offers information and communication systems solutions to defense, intelligence and civilian agencies of the federal government. The company has about 12,000 employees and annual sales of $1.7 billion.

Titan ranks No. 9 on Washington Technology's 2004 Top 100 list, which measures federal contracting revenue.
