The Delaware Health and Social Services Department's division of substance abuse and mental health is planning a solicitation for a clinical care information system. The RFP is expected in December or January.

The system must feature shared scheduling for clients and staff, automated event tracking and task management, automated care and service notes, physician orders document management, electronic filing and comprehensive system security.
