The Delaware Health and Social Services Department's Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health needs a clinical care information system. It will handle client and staff scheduling, generate work lists, process physician orders and integrate with existing systems.

The Delaware Health and Social Services Department's Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health needs a clinical care information system. It will handle client and staff scheduling, generate work lists, process physician orders and integrate with existing systems.

The new system also will automate several functions, including event tracking and task management, clinical assessments, care or service notes, and service invoicing. The request for proposals is expected in January.
