The division is looking for an IPAS based on IBM Corp.'s DB2. All documents created should use IBM Websphere Java tools and Extensible Markup Language. A possible candidate, SLF suggests, is Adobe's smart documents, fill-in forms that generate XML to documents, Web services or databases. Request for information responses are due by Aug. 2.
