	The Office of Personnel Management this month released a request for proposals, in the works since early 2003, for online training, products and services to support its GoLearn Web site.

The Office of Personnel Management this month released a request for proposals, in the works since early 2003, for online training, products and services to support its GoLearn Web site.

OPM plans to award contracts in: content management; training content; Web collaboration software; integration, Web hosting and customization and implementation services; licensing, credentials and online academic degrees; consulting and transformational change management; and GoLearn site support.

Responses to the RFP are due July 13.
