The Marine Corps needs contractors with products designed to support certification and recertification of rifle marksmanship coaches through computer-based training tools.

The Marines are using the General Services Administration to let the contract. The software must support four modules: marksmanship fundamentals and concepts, doctrine and performance, evaluation of shooting positions and electronic marksmanship data book training. Elements of these are to be Web-based.
