Maximus to provide Mich. county with court software
Maximus Inc. has won a 42-month, $4.3 million contract from Macomb County, Mich., to provide the county with an automated court system.
Maximus Inc. has won a 42-month, $4.3 million contract from Macomb County, Mich., to provide the county with an automated court system, the company announced Tuesday.
Under the contract, Maximus of Reston, Va., will install an integrated case management system that includes CourtView, JuryView, WebPak with Public View, e-filing and e-payment.
The system also includes integrated imaging and workflow. Maximus also will offer business analysis, custom development, data conversion, training and software support.
Macomb County is migrating from its legacy system to a contemporary management system, according to the company.
In addition to Macomb County, the Michigan counties of Ingham, Kent, Wayne and Monroe use the company's CourtView software solution, the company said.
Macomb County, which is located in southeastern Michigan, has a population of more than 788,000. The county seat is Mount Clemens.
Maximus provides program management, consulting and information technology services to state and local government. The company has 5,300 employees and annual sales of $518 million, according to Hoover's Online of Austin, Texas.
