Justice Department awards three BPAs
The Justice Department has awarded blanket purchase agreements worth a combined $100 million per year to support the Justice Consolidated Office Network.
The Justice Department has awarded blanket purchase agreements worth a combined $100 million per year to ManTech International Corp., DigitalNet Holdings Inc. and Computer Sciences Corp. to support the Justice Consolidated Office Network.
The BPAs will be administered by the department under a General Services Administration schedule.
The Justice Department has projected the BPAs will run between five and 10 years.
The JCON program is an infrastructure initiative to create a reliable, secure office automation system that allows litigation, case management and law enforcement divisions the ability to exchange electronic data, while gaining implementation, operation and maintenance efficiencies. The program includes about 71,000 users in 14 divisions.
ManTech, based in Fairfax, Va., assembled a team of IT services providers, including BAE Systems plc, Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., High Performance Technologies Inc., ICF Consulting, JenXSystems, Knowledge Consulting Group, Learning Systems International, PEC Solutions Inc., Perot Systems Corp. and PlanetGov Inc.
The team led by Herndon, Va.-based DigitalNet includes BearingPoint Inc., Connectivity Inc., Edwards Industries LLC, IBM Corp., Science Applications International Corp., SI International Inc., and Technical and Management Resources Inc.
CSC of El Segundo, Calif., put together a team that includes Northrop Grumman Corp., Superlative Technologies Inc., SRA International Inc., McDonald Bradley Inc., and Global Management Systems Inc.
