GovOne buys Frank Solutions

	Englewood, Colo.-based GovOne Solutions LP has acquired Frank Solutions Inc., a provider of e-government software and applications to state and local governments. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Englewood, Colo.-based GovOne Solutions LP has acquired Frank Solutions Inc., a provider of e-government software and applications to state and local governments. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Frank Solutions will operate as a unit of GovConnect, a GovOne Solutions subsidiary that specializes in digital service delivery solutions and payment processing for government agencies.

Frank Solutions, also of Englewood, provides software for interactive voice response and recognition, computer telephony, interactive Web response and e-commerce for the government and other marketplaces.
