These are the company's first contracts with HUD's Office of Multi-Family Housing. In addition to expanding McDonald Bradley's customer base at HUD, the new work expands the type of IT services the company delivers to HUD, adding software application development.

Under the largest new contract, McDonald Bradley will provide help desk services under a prime contract worth $3.3 million over four years. Under the help desk services contract, McDonald Bradley will provide traditional, phone-based help desk operations such as technical support and identification management, and hotline support addressing information from any of seven systems that support the process of managing multi-family housing.
