Under the agreement, Northrop Grumman Information Technology and BEA Systems will identify and pursue new business opportunities principally involving IT programs. Northrop Grumman IT will lead the partnership, the companies said.
The companies will establish cross-functional business development and technology teams to focus on opportunities, identify process improvements and exchange best practices.
