Science Applications International Corp. sold a suite of decision support products to Idea Sciences Inc. of Alexandria, Va. The purchase price was not released.

SAIC of San Diego originally acquired the technology through its 2000 purchase of Leadership 2000 Inc. of Phoenix.

Among the customers Idea Sciences is picking up are the Patent and Trademark Office, the General Services Administration and a company working with the Defense Security Service, said Mary Crannell, company president. Before founding Idea Sciences in February, Crannell served as chief operating officer of SAIC's innovation consulting division.
