The Dallas-based company has an existing seven-year, $80 million contract for IT outsourcing services with the city and county.

Under the terms of the new agreement, ACS will continue working with the city and county to improve the quality and level of IT services they offer their citizens and will deploy emerging technologies that enhance local government solutions.
