Accenture opens call center

Accenture Ltd. has opened a taxpayer call center for the Michigan Department of Treasury as part of an ongoing eight-year, $10 million project.

Accenture Ltd. has opened a taxpayer call center for the Michigan Department of Treasury as part of an ongoing eight-year, $10 million project.

The call center is staffed by about 80 trained customer service representatives. Through the center, Michigan taxpayers can get answers to questions about business and individual income tax laws, rules and regulations.
