| Data Is SacredYour article "Right to Know vs. Right to Sell" (WT, July 10) forgot the most important right of all; the right to be left alone. The data local governments collect on their citizens is a sacred trust, not merchandise to be sold, either directly or as part of an outsourcing contract.
