Sally Sullivan was appointed vice president of federal consulting for Federal Sources Inc. in McLean, Va. Sullivan was previously vice president of sales for the military systems division of Plano, Texas-based Electronic Data Systems Corp.

Christopher Haakon was promoted to president of Autometric Inc. in Alexandria, Va. He was previously executive vice president of the company's operations and applications group.

Marc Tipermas has been named president and chief operating officer of ICF Kaiser International Inc. in Fairfax, Va. The company also announced that Kenneth Campbell will rejoin the company as an executive vice president and chief financial officer.

SRA International Inc. in Arlington, Va., promoted the following senior managers to vice presidents: Wayne Blackburn, Gene Cartier, Michael Fox, Gene Frank, Mary Lambert, Kevin O'Connor and Jeffrey Westerhoff.

Denise Syrek has been promoted from an account manager to a senior account manager in the Fedmark division of Federal Sources Inc. in McLean, Va.
