PRC, McLean, Va., has named Dick Braun senior vice president and general manager of the Systems Integration business unit. Braun has been vice president of GIS within the SI unit since 1995.

Minoru Ohnishi has been appointed chairman and chief executive officer of Fuji Photo Film Co. Ltd., its American marketing subsidiary is Fuji Photo Film U.S.A. Inc., Elmsford, N.Y. Masayuki Muneyuki has been named president of the company, succeeding Ohnishi who had served in the position since 1980.

Global TeleSystems Group Inc., McLean, Va., announced that Bruno d'Avanzo has joined the company as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Sprint Spectrum LP, Kansas City, Mo., announced that Andrew Sukawaty has been named chief executive officer of the partnership. Sukawaty joined Sprint Spectrum from NTL in Winchester, England, where he served as chief executive officer since 1994.

SSDS Inc., Denver, named Paul H. Mauritz senior vice president of U.S. operations, based in Columbia, Md. Prior to joining SSDS two years ago, Mauritz held management positions at Digital Equipment Corp.

Robert A. Waters was named corporate vice president, human resources of BDM International Inc., McLean, Va., and acting vice president, human resources, for BDM Federal, the company's largest subsidiary.

Sanders, Nashua, N.H., appointed D. Bradford Loggans vice president of human resources. He will be responsible for leading human resources, security and community relations functions from armament systems sites in Burlington, Vt., and Milan, Tenn.

Compaq Computer Corp., Houston, has named Gus Kolias vice president of global customer strategy. Taking his place as vice president of customer service is Earl Thomas Carothers. Kolias will offer support to global accounts while Carothers will manage service and support activities in North America. Carothers will also chair the Worldwide Service Steering Committee, which is responsible for overseeing development of the company's global service and support programs.

Government Micro Resources, Manassas, Va., appointed Royce Goble as chief operating officer of GMR-Technologies International. Goble will exercise oversight responsibility for the subsidiary's global business activities.

Computer Sciences Corp., Falls Church, Va., has promoted Ronald R. Ross to president, systems engineering division, with responsibility for providing information systems and technology solutions to the defense, intelligence and international market sectors. Ross succeeds Thomas C. Robinson, who has been appointed president, technology management group.

Anteon Corp., Fairfax, Va., appointed Carlton B. Crenshaw senior vice president, chief financial and administrative officer. Anteon Corp. is an information technology and engineering company that serves federal, state and local governments.

Ed Bursk, president of OST Inc., Chantilly Va., was named vice president of worldwide marketing by the board of directors of Frame Relay Forum.

Roger F. Bacon has been named president of Safe Sites, Denver. Bacon, vice president and manager of Tank Waste Remediation System for Westinghouse Hanford Co., will head this partnership between Westinghouse and the firm of Babcock and Wilcox.

Personal Library Software Inc., Rockville, Md., appointed Howard Heller vice president of engineering. Heller will manage all the research and product development activities. PLS also appointed Joseph Haley to director of marketing.

Export Software International, Reston, Va., announced five additions to the company's professional staff. Patricia Remacle, a former senior process engineer with SAIC, joined ESI as a systems analyst. William Bryson, whose past work experience includes jobs with Andrulis Research Corp., Computer Sciences Corp. and Unisys, was hired as a software engineer. Other new hires include Van Vuong to the development department, Jie Shen as software engineer and Nicole Lare to the technical client support team.

Marilyn Johnston and Jeffrey Fishman have joined Completed Systems Inc., Vienna, Va., as vice president and senior completion consultant, respectively.

Kenneth Kisiel has joined Anamorphic Technologies LLC in Columbia, Md., as vice president of product development. Kisiel will be responsible for managing design and development, as well as marketing software tools for the competitive intelligence market.

Byron F. Marchant became a partner in the communications group of Patton Boggs LLP, Washington. Marchant will represent clients involved in the legal, technical and business aspects of Internet and intranet online services.

Infodata Systems Inc., Fairfax, Va., hired Mary Beth Smartt as product manager and Michael Reinemer as marketing communications manager. Smartt will determine product plans, market positioning, and product packaging and pricing. Reinemer will oversee national marketing communications and public relations efforts.
