Internet 201
I thought it would be interesting to stretch the editorial envelope by offering you an HTML (hypertext markup language) document masquerading as a column on defense conversion. I intentionally kept the tags as simple as possible to ensure the page works with all browsers (that is, programs used to read HTML pages).
thought it would be interesting to stretch the editorial envelope by offering you an HTML (hypertext markup language) document masquerading as a column on defense conversion. I intentionally kept the tags as simple as possible to ensure the page works with all browsers (that is, programs used to read HTML pages).
For example, using Netscape 1.1, choose "File" on the menu bar, select "Open File" (Ctrl-O) and type the name you gave your file, for instance, defcon.htm. For those using the Columbus method of typing (search, discover and land), if you send me E-mail with the characters, "defcon," in the subject line of your message, I will tell you where I put this page. That should save you some aggravation.
